Who We Are

Brian Burlant began his career, following his graduation from The Wharton School and The George Washington University Law School, as an associate with a major New York law firm, working on a variety of initial public offerings, leveraged buy-outs and financings.  In line with his business interests, he transitioned to an in-house position with the Times Mirror Company, representing such publications as Yachting, Golf, Ski, Skiing and The Sporting News.  Mr. Burlant then joined Avon Products, where his experience included the legal negotiation of their global sponsorship of the 1996 Olympics and the launching of several businesses and international market entries and expansions in Europe, Asia and Africa.   Mr. Burlant was then recruited to be General Counsel of a publicly traded Internet company and later became head of Business Development.

Most recently, Mr. Burlant spent approximately four years as a Director with one of the legal world's most respected recruiting firms.
